Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from masaarstore.com and is non-transferable. It covers eligible products across all categories, including toys, electronics, and other merchandise sold by Masaar.

Proof of Purchase

To access warranty services, customers must present the original purchase invoice. This will be used to verify the product’s serial number and confirm the warranty period.

1. Regular Warranty Coverage

  • Applies to products explicitly mentioned in the warranty certificate or product listing.
  • Covers manufacturing and structural defects for the period stated in the warranty certificate.
  • For electronics and appliances, warranty service is usually provided directly by the manufacturer or their authorized service agents, in accordance with their policies stated in the product manual or official website.
  • For toys and non-electronic items, our warranty covers structural or mechanical defects that prevent the product from performing its intended function under normal use. Defective toys or products will be replaced at no cost within 7 days of purchase.
  • If repair or replacement is deemed impractical, a refund may be issued.
  • All products sold meet or exceed applicable Qatar safety regulations and comply with international testing standards (e.g., EN71 for toys).

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from use beyond the intended purpose of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, surface rust, or fabric deterioration.
  • Damage from improper use, storage, testing, or negligence.
  • Use of improper voltage/current or operating the product in unsuitable conditions (temperature, environment, or humidity).
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abnormal handling.
  • Use of unauthorized accessories or modifications not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Products that have been repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized parties.
  • Operating system or software issues caused by user-installed applications or viruses (for electronic devices).
  • Consumable items such as batteries, bulbs, or fabric parts.

3. Repair Timeframe

For defects covered under warranty:

  • Electronics and appliances are typically repaired within 14 business days, excluding the time required to source spare parts from the manufacturer.
  • Toys and other products will generally be replaced or refunded within 7 days if a valid claim is made.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Responsibility for Warranty Service

All warranty and maintenance services, including spare parts availability, repair timelines, service quality, and any related costs or compensations, are the sole responsibility of the warranty provider (manufacturer or authorized service agent).
